Production & Manufacturing Process

ZW Group employs advanced welding and stamping production lines, automated welding robots, and quality control systems.  Each trailer undergoes plasma cutting, robotic welding, hydraulic system assembly, painting, and final inspection.  

Production steps:

• Raw material sourcing (high‑strength carbon steel)

• CNC plasma cutting → automated welding → chassis assembly

• Installation of axles, suspension, kingpin, landing gear

• Hydraulic system mounting and test

• Shot blasting → primer → painting → curing

• Final assembly: lighting, tool box, air lines, spare tire bracket, inspection & load testing

The factory follows ISO9001, CE, DOT, CCC certification standards, producing several hundred dump semi‑trailers monthly for export to South Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America

Load Testing & Quality Assurance

Every trailer undergoes static and dynamic load testing to confirm payload capacity (40 t to 60 t depending on specs).

Hydraulic cylinders are fully tested under pressure.   Brake and suspension systems are verified under full load.

Non‑destructive testing (NDT) checks welding seams throughout.   Only after passing final quality checks is the trailer approved for dispatch.

Packaging & Shipping Details

• Packaging: trailers shipped nude (no enclosure), wax‑polished steel body to protect against saltwater corrosion

• Securing: tied with steel wire braces or blocks to avoid shifting during transport

• Shipping options: Ro‑Ro vessel, flat‑rack, bulk cargo or container (depending on order volume)
